At First Point Security we know that no two customers will require the same security package to meet their needs. We do not have a one size fits all package that we market, instead we offer a bespoke package that we will develop alongside our customers to ensure that their needs are met and we install the correct package for them.
We take into consideration the environment that the system will be operating in. We work with clients that require large scale systems for large commercial sites right down to clients that require a small residential security system.
When we work with our customers we will offer the best advice we can. We utilise technology that can grow with further add ons to meet your expanding needs. Our CCTV systems start with a 4 channel system and expand alongside your needs to a sixty four channel system.
CCTV
We offer a bespoke range of CCTV systems that can be linked to your smartphone or other smart devices to allow you 24/7 access so you can view your cameras whenever you want.
We supply & Install both NVR and DVR recorders with 5mp or 4K resolution. Our preferred suppliers are NES, DAHUA, PURETECH, Satsecure, MAST Digital.
The cameras we offer come as full colour to allow a full colour night vision mode. These cameras can be installed in both the commercial & residential environment.
We can also offer Thermal imaging cameras for temperature controlled environments to allow our customers the ability to identify any increase in temperatures with a built in alarm function which will notify the customer when temperatures reach a re determined level.
ANPR cameras can also be installed alongside the technology to monitor and record the number plates that are recorded by the camera and if linked to an access control route this can be programmed to ensure only those registrations allowed access to your property are granted access.
Rapidetect and SiteGuard
Rapidetect and SiteGuard are the newest addition to the rapid deployment security system market. Offering 360 degree detection zone with a detection of 15 - 30 metres from the system this will offer our customer a wide arc of coverage and can be combined with other Rapidetect and SiteGuard systems to ensure coverage around your site. Each system can be remotely controlled using the control app which allows you to view any alerts, view CCTV cameras live and activate the siren on each system.
With 4 separate zones each with a dedicated camera you will not need to comb through hours of footage as the cameras will only record when activated. The central control hub is designed to filter out false triggers such as wildlife and weather to ensure it is only intruders that trigger a response. The Rapidetect and SiteGuard systems have a built in siren system that can be activated to alert anyone nearby and the intruder they have been detected and are being recorded.
When we install the Rapidetect or SiteGuard system our customers do not need to worry about the systems running out of battery due to the incorporation of solar panel charging which will keep the system batteries constantly charged, meaning the system will always be active.
Following a consultation with one of our team a plan can be drawn up to ensure the correct coverage is in place offering you full protection.
These systems can be utilised around building sites, farm yards, festival sites, void properties and more to ensure your site can be secured even while you are not there.
Both Rapidetect and Siteguard use Ajax System for the intruder alarm these are widely accepted by ARC companies (alarm receiving centres).
You can start with one of our systems and over time more can be added on to match the expansion of your site.
Set up of these systems can take as little as one hour from arrival on site ensuring that your site protection is up and running as quickly as possible.
NOTE: Both Rapidetect and Siteguard can be purchased outright or can be leased short term or long term.
Ajax Systems
Although we can supply and install Intruder alarm systems from a number of manufacturers our preferred product line is from Ajax-Systems.
Access Control
With an extensive knowledge of the access control environment and the different factors associated with this we offer a bespoke access control package that will be built around your needs. Ranging from intercom entry systems up to specialised door fob access with restricted access to some users.
With the use of one of our CCTV packages we can integrate an ANPR system for your car parks and service areas to ensure only authorised visitors have access to these areas.
Intruder Alarms
We can offer the installation and servicing of most intruder alarm systems you may have. We use state of the art technology that allows us to offer both hard wired intruder alarms and wireless intruder alarms, from Companies such as Ajax, Dahua , VISONIC etc.

Depending on your needs we can offer detection activation points on windows and doors which reduces the chances of false activation if you have pets that roam freely while you are not home our PIR detectors are pet friendly whereby the sensitivity can be adjusted to suit the environment.
The exterior of the property can be secured by using external motion detectors
All of our systems come with outdoor Sirens that will alert not only the intruder but your neighbours when your alarm has been activated. This will immediately draw attention to your home or business.
The size of your system depends on your needs and can be custom built around you to make sure you have a system you can trust and rely on.
Alarm Receiving Centre
Our alarm and CCTV systems can be linked to a state of the art alarm receiving centre (ARC). This centre will be alerted to movement on your CCTV camera if set up for this function and also the centre will be alerted to any activations to your intruder alarm systems.
Following and alert through to the ARC they will follow a pre-determined plan built with you. The ARC can contact you or a registered person in the first instance or escalate the activation to the police.
A dedicated report will be completed by the ARC regarding the activation and sent to you following the resolution of your activation.
